Used O and J twice and both times they did a great job, came when they said they would and was reasonably priced. Very happy with them. Billy was nice and informative and did a great job for me.

All work was done in a professional manner. Labor charge was reasonable and work performed in a timely manner. Major complaint is cost of materials. Shower head , tub plug, shower handle, show handle trim piece were close to $400. Average retail price for these components is about one third (1/3) of that. Will use someone else next time.
