My fur baby looks so good! And the gentleman listened and cared about what it was I wanted for Dirks haircut. Plus the establishment helps and saves animals. It's two thumbs up for me!

Calling and scheduling an appointment was fast, informative and easy. Questions were asked by the receptionist to ensure the best possible service catered to my pets' personality and temperament, which eased an immense amount of anxiety I had about taking them in as a first time client. She even inquired if I were eligible for discounts, which I hadn't considered to ask about. After finally getting everything set, I was told about the person that would likely be assigned to handle my pet and given the rundown of their routine and abilities with regard to their affinity to do well with animals' specific needs.

Our most recent dogs were adopted from Coryell County Pet Rescue, a 100% no-kill rescue. One was three when we adopted him, and our most recent adoption, a girl, took place three months ago. We wouldn't take them anywhere else BUT The Boutique Grooming & Boarding. When we get the dogs out of the car to go in for their grooming/bathing appointments, they pull hard at their leashes to get inside as quickly as possible to see Barbi & her staff.
