Krista Byrom is amazing! Back story, my sister in law was out of state, I got a call that her cat may have been hit by a car. I went to her house and it looked like she’d been bit by a snake. SIL called Krista’s office and was told to bring the cat in straight away, so that’s what we did. This cat was not doing well but Dr Byrom and her techs took very good care of Cookie! The communication was ON POINT! Not only did they call my SIL but she also called me to update me as I was the one caring for the cat while SIL was out of state. The price was 100% reasonable! I could not be more thankful for the people who work at this vet. My boy deacon got sick, seemingly overnight and kept getting worse. They tested him for parvo immediately when we got in the parking lot and it came back negative so they brought us in. After giving him an IV and me some medicine to give him when I got home, one of their lovely staff members also gave him 4 cans of GI dog food to hopefully make eating get easier for him. He's not 100% yet but they gave me the tools to hopefully get him there soon.
They went above and beyond helping my chocolate lab today. He unfortunately had to get his tail amputated at another hospital out of town. They removed his stitches and didn't even charge me.
