XPS Wash N Dry

The worst place for customer service. The ladies who are here get upset because you ask them for help. They spend the time talking to each other. And you ask them for help and they get upset, they don't like it when you interrupt them. It used to be a good place. Not now . My children asked them for help with the candy machine and they also ignored them until I told them and they got upset and told me that they are working, I only see them sitting and the other standing talking. Since I arrived they had the door closed and I was waiting outside for them to open up during the open hours, me carrying my things and them just watching.

It's still dirty, those who work here barely even pass the broom they don't keep up, one occupies something and they are no longer there, a lady in a black van always leaves and is never there when she is occupied

I got there at 9:00 pm, think they close at 10. The lady working there was very nice since it was last minute show me how to use the machine. I have to admit it was cheap. My small load was $1.95. Dryer was .85cent for 20 min. Still not bad and the machine dried my clothes quickly. Will definitely come back.
