Very poor service. Rude and condescending. No mask, but that didn’t stop him from coughing several times while standing right next to me.I called at 5pm and told him I suspected I had a virus and I needed it removed while I waited because I didn’t want to leave it overnight.He told me over the phone to come the next day at 8:30am if I wanted it fixed the same day. I drove 18 miles and arrived at that time. He acknowledged the phone conversation from the day before. Without even looking at it, I was told I would need to leave it a week. I told him I wasn’t going to do that. I was then told it wasn’t “new enough” and it was “too slow” to waste their time...read full review
