I went today and I absolutely loved it. Rosie the nurse was a pleasure to work with, made me feel comfortable , and explained everything to me. The Provider I saw Kristi Catacutan was beyond excellent. She took her time, listened to all my concerns, and made sure I was heard and she was on my side. She is wonderful to work with and as we know healthcare now in days has kind of fallen by the waste side. If you’re looking for a new doctor or looking to change doctors give them a chance. Really an overall GREAT experience.
If I could give 10 stars I would ! It rare these days to find doctors who listen and actually care. Dr Jose and Dr Catacutan and all the staff are so welcoming and I trust them100.% with my care
Staff were all very friendly and the office was very neat and clean. I had an emergency and had to step out for a few minutes the staff was understanding and had no hesitation in still seeing me when I got back. Overall great experience at Village Medical.
