My friend had the filament that holds the eyeglass lenses in place come off while we were visiting in Dallas . We went in to Stanton Optical and Mayra was SO helpful, just amazing. Fixed us up in no time and got us on our way. What exemplary service we received!

The exam itself was fine: a hybrid exam with a technician in-house and a provider there by video chat remotely controlling the changing lenses. I suppose this is as accurate as in-person. / The technician/ sales associate was extremely patient and helpful. / My only critique is that they kept extolling the ‘same-day’ service. But after my order was submitted, I’ve been left waiting for them to be ready. Apparently, the addition of anti-glare coatings meant they had to go to a separate facility to be made.
