Jose went above and beyond to help me, walking me through every step in the process and selling me on some stylish glasses. I feel more confident and Jose is the one responsible!! Absolute wonderful employee made the entire trip worth it and then some!! Absolutely would recommend especially if you get Jose to help you!

Went in this past week, and was helped by Jose. He opened the door for me as soon as I was walking up. He quoted me on 2 pairs of glasses, and he helped me understand everything I needed on them. Even though he was super busy, he was polite . I will definitely come back, and bring my family!

Terrific customer service from Jose today. I’ve visited many eye clinics but never have I experienced such care like today. I came in at the Staton Optical location on 1417 Eastgate Dr where I had an appointment at 1pm, was automatically greeted by Jose. When I tell you he went above and beyond for me, I really mean it. Made sure I got the best deal, due to me having to pay out of pocket, and walked out with a year supply of contacts. So satisfied with my visit today.
