He has been helping our business for years. No matter if you are a huge or just a small company, he makes you feel like your business is important.

The best materials house in the business in my opinion. As a small business owner (roofing) from the Garland staff (where I do 99% of my business) they have literally helped keep me in business by understanding this is a float business as we wait in insurance companies and they understand at times we are at their mercy so they work with me when I need it the most and always make sure additional materials are delivered on time every time even if my credit line has been exhausted. Spec has a great owner and a great CFO. They hire great people and keep a wide variety of roofing materials in stock in many colors. My youngest son is named after the outside roofing salesman from Spec Roofing and Building Materials at the time of his birth.They know how do deliver roofing materials to a job site. Flat roofing material, single ply roofing, composition roofing, sealants and metal accessories.
