I came in with a pesky splinter on my left heel. Check in was quick and seamless. Medical assistant was efficient to get my vitals. Nurse Practitioner Christiana had great bedside manners and took her time removing the splinter without much pain. I would come back again if I need urgent care.
I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. Christina and her team were understanding, comforting, and incredibly supportive. They took excellent care of me, and Christina personally helped clean and treat my cuts. I highly recommend this urgent care it truly feels like home. Very trustworthy and compassionate service.
I was seen by Dr. Mwathi and although he could not help me with my particular issue he referred me to Medical City Sachse where I could be seen more than likely quicker compared to other major hospitals. A very kind man.
