I worked with ServPro and John, Betty, and Rhonda and truly appreciated all of their help. I needed a pack-out, storage for several months, and moving in and out while undergoing repairs. All of the people involved showed great care for my items and my home. There was also a lot of flexibility as things changed as well. They provided a detailed file about my inventory and even were able to pick up boxes once opened.

Everyone is nice except Betty . Packing girl's were great . The standing guys for moving my stuff back were excellent. You need to make sure you give a two weeks advance notice when you're almost done with your remodel. Betty swore she told me about 2 weeks to move my stuff back in the house. No she didn't and she wanted to argue. Had to call corporate then she said it did no good for me to call corporate. Other than Betty place is great

My water-heater blew on Monday - fortunately I got it shut-off within 2 minutes and it was quickly replaced. I had thought that my problem was resolved until I woke on Wednesday morning to wet carpets and an awful smell, so I got ServPro out to assess/fix the damage. The team-lead was Darrell who was super-friendly, very knowledgeable and totally on-the-ball; he calmed my fears and did a superb job of getting everything dried up, checked for damage in the floors, walls, etc - just a super guy and I was very confident I'd be taken care of. It's now Friday and they've just left - my carpets, bamboo wood flooring and walls are in superb shape and I'm so grateful to Darrell and his team; they really represented the company well. 11/10, would recommend ANY day!
