Will Menzies is an OUTSTANDING HVAC technician. We had a leak from the condensate line in the attic yesterday (Sunday!) that was seeping through the ceiling in our living room. Will came out diagnosed the problem and temporarily fixed it until he could come back today and permanently resolve it.
Will expertly installed a HVAC condensate line that drained into a French drain outside, bypassing the drain that went into our master bath sink and regularly clogged up during summers and caused the overflows. He explained each step and was very professional and personable.

Austin Hendricks arrived on time, well dressed and prepared. He explained what work he was going to do. He used protection on his shoes to enter the house. He confirmed the work to be done and took care of it quietly. He left the place clean and organized as before the work was done. He was very friendly, communicated very clearly and was professional.
The Milestone team is always great. We’ve used their services for heating/AC, electric, and plumbing. They have effective communication and provide excellent customer service. We will continue to use their services.
