I love this place. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is well taken care of. Facility always very clean. They regularly invest back into improving the facility. Just today they were repairing and/or replacing several weight machines and they are in process of construction of the steam room. This building has been around for many years however feels modern. I feel the price is fair for the cleanliness, constant improvement, amenities, and staff. Opening at 4 am on weekdays is a major plus as well.

I've been a member at LifeTime Fitness for over 9 years, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I recently had an interaction with Wayne who serves as a Manager at the Garland, TX location. He showed outstanding customer service in helping me with a member account matter. His dedication to maintaining a top-notch facility is clear. He always goes out of his way to ensure members feel welcome and supported, with a smiling face. I highly recommend LifeTime Fitness Garland, or any location at that, and appreciate all the staff, classes, kids club, spa, cafe, etc. & overall environment that make it such a fantastic place! I’m in love with this place. From the gym to the pools it’s all amazing. LA Fitness doesn’t come close in comparison. A friend brought me here and it was my first time in a gym as an adult. I now have my own membership and use it all up! Kids have a great time at their club too. Very very clean facilities and friendly staff. I can’t complain. This place makes me want to go to the gym! Also, biggest thing for me is that no one member cares what others are doing, they’re all going for themselves and not shopping! I couldn’t be happier with this place ❤️
