I went into the Garland location and Alexa was great! She helped with decision making, samples for my clients, and ordering process..I highly recommend visiting this location - the product was exactly as described and it looks great installed!

We needed carpet replaced in a very short time frame and iDeal floors came through for us! They had tons of options and such a quick turn around. I walked into the store and less than a week later we had all new carpets in our bedrooms. Great value. Alexa M. from iDeal floors was an absolute angel! She was so helpful and informative. I would recommend them to all my friends and will be using them for any flooring needs in the future!

From the start, Rick my salesperson was a great ambassador for ideal floors. He listened to what I was looking floor, the color concept and my vision for the end of the project. He was on time for our meeting and communicated what was expected. He brought plenty of samples based on the information and vision I was creating, is input was helpful and he explained every step of what was to come. There were no surprises and he meet every commitment made. Made me aware of time, product and services to come.
