As both a resident and a small business owner here in the Garland area, I must say we are lucky to have individuals like Chris Cox and Ms. Jill over at the inspection building. They are both incredibly accommodating and pleasant to work with. Actually, the entire staff there works cohesively and Efficiently together. They are extremely helpful and they care about the community. Grateful to have the support of such an amazing team!

All the Staff here are Rockstars! Very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I have had to obtain permits in other cities and Garland's team is by far the best. Dont call, go up there if you want to solve any problem as they are great, but do need more staff. I do wish they hired more help for their team, since Garland is growing they should grow their team as well.

The folks here have always been incredibly helpful, nice, and patient. I’ve had to wait a little bit a couple times at the office, but it’s always been because there was a lot of people coming in at the same time and the workers really take their time and pay attention with each customer. I’m definitely willing to wait a few minutes to get that kind of service! I’m doing some remodeling to my home as the homeowner, and I was very nervous that the permitting process would be very painful since I had never done it before. Thankfully it has been a very smooth process!
