I really enjoy going here, everyone is so sweet and the staff is really helpful if you have any questions or concerns. There are some machines out of order but that's to be expected at any gym. Women's area is also really nice! If you're thinking about going here I suggest you do :)

I love Fit Factory Garland. The facility and equipment are always clean. The desk staff are welcoming. The class instructors are the best! I can always find a class from the various classes offered. I highly recommend Fit Factory.

I love the group exercise classes. I try to make classes that April does because they are so good!!! She really motivates you. I also like Dee Dee's classes. The yoga is great..Timmons and Carrie are also really good!
