About a month ago I was gifted this gym membership for my 49th birthday by my husband.It has been a game changer for me. This gym is about two minutes from my home so I can get in and get out in a little over an hour and the convenience of that is huge.The level of customer service is above and beyond what I have experienced at Lifetime Fitness in Garland when I was a member many years ago.Every time I walk through the front door or leave the building someone at the front desk always greets me or says goodbye.If I go up to the membership staff or one of the trainers to ask them a simple question, they are always willing to help me, but before I walk away, they asked me...read full review

I’ve been a member for over a year at Fit Factory after I had left LA Fitness due to a bad situation/poor choices made by management.I absolutely love it here! The facility, staff, and equipment are great!What makes the biggest impact is the ladies at the front desk- Annalicia and Edith! They always welcome you in with the biggest and warmest smiles! Everyone here is always supportive and welcoming!

The management at Fit Factory, and the customer care are top notch in my opinion. I have been to most gyms in the area and this one is the best in atmosphere, members, and staff. Clay, is the manager and is always so friendly and helpful! He will go out of his way to make sure things are done right and customers are satisfied. BEST GYM IN GARLAND!
