The painters working for Raul did an awesome job. My walls and cabinets look brand new and finished out our kitchen remodel. His rates are arbitrary at best as he was not the lowest bidder. I went with him because of his BBB rating and other testimonies. One issue I have with his company is his lack of attention to business details, he promised written estimates and invoices that were never received after multiple requests.
