Dr. Dalena Nguyen and her staff are great. I really appreciated them listening and tending to my emergency issue especially since I called as a new patient. Will be recommending and returning.

I had a good experience with the doctor and her staff during my appointment for an eye exam with contacts. They helped me figure out the finances and ordering my contacts. I tried calling the office multiple times with questions and couldn’t make it in person to ask due to my job. Their phone number gives me an automated voice but never really lets me talk to an actual person. The automated voice tells me to leave a voicemail and someone would call me back as soon as possible. I have never received a call back from the office even after calling multiple times and leaving multiple voice mails.

So impressed wit Dr. Tran and Staff! Epic not only gave us the experience but, completely took the time to educate my girls on their eyes. Thank you for going over and beyond. Can't wait to get our glasses!
