Installed HVAC unit in a space that can't be serviced even to change a filter. Spent over a year and a half trying to get them to make it right by adding an access panel. They kept telling us on multiple occasions they would come out in a couple weeks and every time would not show up. Have refused to respond to any more attempts to get them out. Have incurred further water damage from the inability to access the unit. Multiple HVAC companies have refused to work on unit because the way it was installed. This is just one of many issues we had with this company. Would highly recommend finding another contractor for any build out needs.

We had another GC build our first office and it wasn't a great process. Luckily, we found Denco Medical Construction for a second office. They did so good, they are building our next two.
