Edited review..Unfortunately I have to change the star rating and review as the follow up and follow through after installing my unit was not a good experience.. I called Mr Dean several times about my service agreement and to come out service my unit and he NEVER returned the calls or text messages. I was forced to get someone else to come look at my unit and provide us with air. I called Dean back months later (from a different phone number) just to see if maybe he would pick up. He did this time and I explained the issues only for him to say oh well since somebody else looked at it last time your service agreement is voided. Like really??? These guys are the best!!! Dean came out and checked our AC system, gave us a quote, and had a team out to complete the repair work in record time! They were quick, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. The price we were quoted didn't increase! We're so pleased we're signing up for a maintenance service contract.
