I absolutely love them and they were very sympathetic with me and explained everything to me before they ever did it, and while they were doing it letting me know the whole way what they were doing I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I had all my top teeth, pulled and today's day two with minor pain that extractions and no pain. the staff is very nice and I love them

The Doctors and staff are great and have always taken care of my family for the last 7+ years. My family's experience has always been positive and I expect that to never change. When it came down to my treatments, they referred me to a great orthodontist who worked on extreme cases. I appreciated the caring support I received from Aqua Dental Center. Had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Doan who came highly recommended by a personal mutual friend a few months ago prior to my dental treatment. I had concerns regarding the misalignment of my front tooths. For context purposes, I been through braces for two years but that in itself did not resolve nor achieve the appearance of straight teeth I had desired. After a lengthy consultation visit, Dr. Doan recommended to place porcelain crowns on my 4 main tooths leaving the rest as is for bite purposes. Be that as it may, I agreed to the treatment plan. About 2 to 3 visits that followed, I got exactly the smile I've always wanted. The porcelain crown/veneers blended with my current tooth and the treatment afforded me the symmetrical look I've expected. From a patients perspective, it was painless. Despite having to go through a wait period requiring wearing a temporary crown and making several repeated visits, it was well worth my time. Dr. Doan is a consummate perfectionist, if the shade or shape is inconsistent, he would refuse to apply it, rather send it back to the labs for corrective services. The front staff was absolutely pleasant, they guided me through the financing options and helped budget the treatment plan according to my care credit allotments. I told them what I wanted for my payments and they executed it. No questions asked! Overall assessment, well worth the money. If you want a professional that will deliver and treat you like family, Dr. Duke is that person. The location for me was a bit far, but if you live in Garland, Sachse, Rowlett or N. Dallas, it will serve you well. This is a "no frills" office, won't find Cappuccino machine or Donuts here but what you will get is a professional staff that is transparent about costs and will get it done!
