Friendly folk. Him and his wife came out and took care of our lock. Even just messaging he had an idea of what it might be. Turned out to be something else, but he figured it out quickly and fixed the lock. Very considerate and respectful of my mother who needed a moment to put her scarf on (religion). Overall good folk and he knows what he's doing. Final price was right in his estimate range. I'll call Austin again if I'm having lock troubles.

Very quick to respond and a quick phone call before the appointment allowed Glen to bring the tools and materials he needed to do the job. Wore a mask and was considerate, job was done quickly, done correctly and at a fair price

I called the first locksmith that came up on google and it was some call center that deployed contractors, I think as everyone that called me had ara codes from all over the US. After wasting half the morning waiting on them to show I canceled with them and found Austin's. They sent Glen out right away and he did a great job rekeying my new house and fixing some door handles that were installed upside down. I wish I would have called them first! If you are in the Rowlett area and want someone from around here vs. some call center deploying who knows who, call Austin's Lock and Key.
