Randy was beyond accommodating and he and Mona both went above and beyond to schedule the road test and an extra practice earlier than they usually open to ensure my son could make it to his already scheduled DPS. We messed up on some of our paperwork and I needed to get it before the appointment with the Texas DPS. Randy came in early to get us a copy so we could make our appointment in time. I can't thank him enough for doing this!
