I hired them when I had an an AC issue. They were responsive even with a weekend call, came and completed service and said if I decided to get a new unit that they would deduct the service charge from the new unit. I decided to get a new unit and the crew did a fantastic job. They were here all day working in the attic and on side of house, cleaned up after were courteous and meticulous. The owner also stopped in to check on the work. Not only would I hire them again I have already let another friend know of their service during their bidding process and they are also hiring them to fix a coil. We have had two of our HVAC systems replaced by Air and Heat Hospital. They’re always on time, respond during all hours, and will troubleshoot issues until they are resolved correctly. They were referred to us by my parents whose furnace went out during an ice storm - and they were the only ones who would come out to fix it.
