“Just recently had my roof replaced by Yura's Roofing. They were fantastic throughout the whole process. They worked directly with my insurance for all of the adjuster's inquiries. The process was smooth and simple. The quote was perfectly in line with what the insurance estimated. After the job was finished, we had some paint peel from the fascia which is common with full replacements. Yura's noticed the peel and scheduled a painter to touch up all the areas. They also did an AMAZING job with cleanup. We have dogs so we were worried about the company leaving nails and other dangers in the back yard. Well after they left there was not a scrap that could be found. They even came back the day after to scan around the house for any scraps with a magnet. I think the only hiccup in the process was that they only take checks as payment. They also do card, but I think it was somewhere around a 2-3% fee, so we obviously opted for the check process, but the only issue is we haven't used checks in years so we had to order them to be able to pay the vendor. It would have been really nice to be able to do a direct wire transfer. But that is a very minor issue when the product they provide is solid. I wouldn't waste time with other quotes tbh, just go with this company.“

“JW Roofing and Remodeling is fantastic! Roxanne Derby, the executive administrator, for the company oversaw the entire operation. Her attention to detail is outstanding, making sure all the workers that came to the house, did just what they were supposed to do and didn’t cut any corners. I needed a new roof because of hail damage. The Roxanne came in with her team and assessed the damage and all the detail work that would be needed to accomplish the work and wrote up the estimate and sent it to my insurance company. The first adjuster my insurance company sent out made kind of a low ball estimate, ignoring all the extra work that would be needed to do the roof replacement and repairs correctly. Roxanne worked with my insurance company to cover all the costs needed to have the work completed as it should be. The result was that the final bill paid by the insurance company was about 40% higher than what the low ball estimate was from the first adjuster. It took quite a bit of going back and forth with the insurance company, but the executive administrator was involved every day to insure that the insurance company paid for everything. “Chris is awesome. Broke a pipe fitting in upstairs shower. Leaked into garage soaking the sub floor n causing a ceiling colapse. He came in n check moisture levels n went to work. Found the leak quickly. Determined what needed to be done. Performed initial cleanup n began drying process in bathroom and garage.
