Employees working on the job were very courteous and did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and put everything back the way it was prior. My only issue with this company and reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is thar I had to wait until for a certificate until after paid in full. If I received right after payment was made that wouldn't be a problem but that wasn't the case I had to wait for an engineer to inspect. On the invoice it has an engineer as a line item. An item paid for therefore if the engineer inspection and inspection is not done prior to request for remaining balance the job isn't complete. Needed a fair and honest inspection and made the right choice going with Hercules. McCoy came out to inspect home, explained the process in detail, and offered me a great price. I highly recommend him and this company.
These guys are great.
These guys gave a good repair plan and pricing. Another company wanted to really tear up my house's interior, I was happy these people did not go overboard and offered the best price.
The guys showed up 5 minutes early, which was surprising; most contractors are not so prompt. The men who dug and lifted the house were very hard working people and I really appreciate their help. They even cut down the hackberries growing on the side of my house, which is a huge help to me.
