Rouz was fabulous. Even though I live in Galveston, I was still driving to the Heights to see my stylist. After 6 yrs of that, I decided I needed to find someone local. I had seen a few folks recommend her online, so I took a leap of faith. She was personable, professional, and welcomed me like I was coming into her home.
She did not have the color I was interested in, but mixed up the perfect shade for my fair skin tone. The result is just beautiful. I could not be happier.
Her salon is around the front of the shopping center, facing 61st.
I cannot begin to explain how blessed I am to have found Rouz. She gave me sincere advice, listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. She genuinely cares for people and her personality shows it. She is amazing with bleach. I’ve never had ANYONE bleach my hair without having to tone it and she lifted my hair to the shade I wanted spot on. Amazing work and amazing woman. She has gained a client and a friend for life!!!!!
I was ready for a change. It had been 2 years since I had a shorter style, but I wasn't quite ready to have 4 inches chopped off. She's really good, very personable and I'm going to enjoy the shorter style. In less than a year, I'll have the length back.
