David from Lister Plumbing was dispatched to our house to replace our garbage disposal, once he arrived he assessed the situation and asked if I had tried to unlock it. I said no, he spun the unit and found a pop top. We didn't have to replace the unit which saved me money. David was very courteous and helpful. Thanks Lister
