I’m a current employee here at Texas Home Health. First, let me clarify there is a provider services side and I think that’s where the bad reviews came from. I have been both a field nurse and an office staff member. In the field, our nurses take amazing care of our patients! And that’s evidenced by our patient reviews where we hold a 5 star rating. Behind the scenes, our office staff take pride in organizing and scheduling the best care plan for each individual patient. Employees are treated well and our director is the most caring, hands on boss I have ever worked with. I love this company and would recommend them to anyone!!

I am currently using Texas home health. They have great therapist and nurses but if you need assistance in taking baths I suggest finding another provider.Luckily. I was able to help myself. After two weeks a lady called and said I'm here to help you take your bath! I told her never mind I've been taking them in my own.Before I knew they were under staffed in that area I picked their services for my mother who broke her hip. They told her they couldn't send anybody out to help with a bath for 2 weeks. I didn't realize when I picked them this was their regular routine time.
