The staff was so amazing when I had to put my 18 year old dog to sleep. The pre care and the post care was really nice. They couldn’t have more caring. Thank you to the Doctor and assistant!
Very welcome and very nice ..Very open inside as u walk in ..I don't know if it bc it was cold but it looks like everyone was in the main front of the office at the front desk where u get checked in and out.
What I love about Refinery Row is they always seem to be able to get us in on the go. We were able to bring the dogs in on the last minute just before christmas. They've always been friendly warm and inviting. They have been able to offer very good medical solutions for problems we've had.
