Dropped into water bear and was blown away with how great the coaching and programming was! Attention was given to all athletes no matter what their skill level. They offered multiple options on the wod depending on what you wanted. I chose complete and it was a great workout. Other members were welcoming and invited me to work in with them on the strength portion. This will not be the last time I drop in. If there was more than 5 stars I would have selected that.

One of the best CrossFit gyms in Texas! The programming, the coaching staff, the people are so great to be around. They properly warm you up for movements. There is something for everyone from just getting back to working out, to experienced cross fitters, to people who love to compete. Now if that didn’t peak your interest the gym is so clean, they have teal barbells, and the water is the best water you will ever drink in your life! Last mention they have a chiropractor in house to keep you adjusted and healthy.
