I had been going to one person for quite some time and then she moved a little too far out and I needed to find a new lash artist. I happened to see an ad for VIP and gave them a try. Granted, I had a few issues at first, but they always made it right with me. That is how you know a business truly cares about their clients. We now have a "formula" for what works best for me and my lashes. Sara has been wonderful and I look forward to being her client for the long term. The salon is immaculate, soothing, and inviting. Treat yourself and give VIP a try. You won't be disappointed.

Originally purchased a Groupon and tried two different technicians. My third time I got Sarah and she is amazing. She’s the first person that actually asked me what I wanted them to look like and made them look exactly what I asked for. The first time I had issues with them staying… But she fix them at no cost and I hav had no issues since.

Very professional and punctual.VIP has provided me my lashes for over 8 years. I did go to another place because they were closer to home and was not satisfied at ALL. So I returned back to VIP.
