Dr. Madhavi Ampajwala, MD is the best. She cares about her patients. Unfortunately, I see alot of doctors and because of that, I can say for sure, she is amazing in every aspect we look into a doctor; she is very knowledgeable, she engages with patients, SHE FOLLOWS UP, she is never late on referral or medicine prescription. Thank you. As far as staff, so far, so good. I am used to staff leaving and coming, so I hesitate ever to downgrade Dr. Office because of new staff, that if you let dr know it will be. Changed or replaced. Anyhow, as of now, they all are awesome, but Dr. Madhavi Ampajwala, MD is the best.
I would like to leave a 5-star review for Mrs. Brandi, the nurse from Dr. Heather Sheffield's office. I brought my daughter for her annual physical check last Wednesday. It was two weeks earlier than her last year check-up. Mrs. Brandi reminded us that us to check with our insurance company as they might not pay for the checkup if the days between two physics are not 365 days apart. She also patiently waited for my call with the insurance agent, which lasted at least 30 minutes, and helped to answer several related questions. My doctor is good; the 2 stars are for the the dirty lab/bathroom area. I used the bathroom to give a urine sample and noticed there was a sample sitting on the cabinet right by the toilet. Additionally, when I went to place my own sample in the little box, there were at least 8 other samples piled up in there, 2 deep. Definitely not sanitary and the possibility of contamination of samples is high at that point. There were 3 lab techs sitting in their office visiting. In my experience, there have been no other samples left in the sample box from one patient to the next.
