I love using Urgent Care for Kids when needed. It's quick and easy which I love because no one wants to deal with a headache of a process when they are sick. Staff is friendly easy process and you're well taken care of!
Took 2 sick kids here and i highly liked online appointment system, online check in, welcoming receptionist, nurses who assisted with vital signs and tests were expert and patient friendly and lastly the best nurse practitioner I have seen so far, Traci Parker, she explained everything in no so detail, suggested to include any other right test (which came positive), caring, friendly, detail oriented person, she answered our questions with focus, gave all checkout details and she herself brought school note for my son (usually we have to ask for it and many clinics just forget to offer). I highly recommend the staff and this location
After going to multiple doctors who really didn’t help me out and left me with more questions then gave me the run around , I booked my children appointment at this urgent care the physician was amazing she was so helpful to my 3 younger children and myself. She answered all of my questions and gave me extra information. She calmed my children down and took control of the fear and turned in into a happy time.The staff even explained all of my children questions they asked about, they treated them so well!
