He was super helpful answering all my (many) questions about the right approach to filing the claim, receiving a replacement phone, and ensuring a local uBreakiFix store at my travel destination could help me with the transfer. He connected me with Asurion and made sure I stepped through the process in the most advantageous way(s). A busted phone is not the end of the world, but Alex's bedside manner made it so much easier to navigate.

My father's cell phone was having issues connecting to the cord to charge so I brought it to ubreakifix Frisco and explained the challenge to Jack. He was very polite and explained it might be just some debris that was in the way of a full connection. He took it and cleaned it. Within under 3 minutes, he returned it to me. Jack tested the connection in front of me, which was working just fine. He was so kind and did not even charge me for this simple but necessary fix. Thank you Jack!
