Taylor should no longer interact with customers. he will be the downfall of this company. taylor is as unprofessional as they come and his threats he sends via text are dumb because they are kept by screenshot. he likes to tell people he has been t prison and is not afraid to go back if he dont like what you say. dude is remedial and a ticking time bomb.

There were a lot of positive reviews on this page and a lady in our neighborhood used them and had a great experience. Mine has been far different. I spoke with Chanel about completing some wainscoting in my kitchen nook. They were really busy and offered a discounted rate to piece it together over a few days. The price seemed reasonable so I took her up on it. After 3 failed attempts (and lack of contact) to even see the project I was on the verge of finding someone else. I expressed my frustration and she stated she wanted to do this project and offered to schedule me a day in a few weeks. I was ecstatic and yet again rearranged my schedule to be available. I confirmed with her a few days prior that she was coming. She stated she was running behind on another project but “should be good.” The night before I texted her and her response was that she forgot to let me know that she couldn’t make it because her other project was behind schedule due to clients changing their minds. She stated she would come later in the afternoon and get part of it done and then in a few days to finish. She confirmed a time with me that day. After she didn’t show up or respond an hour past that time I yet again expressed my frustrations. It took her several hours to respond. She apologized and set me up one more date and promised she had no commitments and would come that day. I decided to give her one more chance. I confirmed the night before. She stated she had a commitment at 10:30 but would come after it was done. I texted her at 5 pm. I have yet to receive a response. Not sure what I did to upset them or if their business doesn’t care about my time. If she didn’t want to do the job, all she had to do was tell me. I’m pretty low key but being able to communicate (and not make me do it) is key to running a successful business in my opinion.
