I will give a full review soon but stay away from this business. They overcharged me and refused to pay unless I didn't post an honest review about their work here. Trying to silence me to get my money backNeedless to say, I didn't do that because I don't want anyone else getting robbed by these guys. I will be taking them to court to get my money back as they are not responding anymore. In addition to overcharging they did a horrible job on the grout and tile work. There is plaster in my plumbing and the workers treated my backyard like a landfill leaving cigarette butts everywhere, stains on my deck, and scratched up a brand new fence. I will update once I get through the court system but please stay away if you want actual honest business and good work.

We bought our new house in Frisco, Texas with a huge backyard. It was a challenge to find a pool construction company that was friendly and open to suggestions on the design to match what I had dreamed of. Drawing a first design took a long time and a lot of changes, but the Pool Lovers team made it easy and affordable. Flavio, Lucas and Guilherme were accessible and all gave me support with the design and finishing that I chose. They were not the cheapest quote, but the best technical support I had seen. Flavio was always present on the construction site solving daily issues. We decided to go with them and our dream pool became a reality just like we wanted, even though the weather conditions messed with some schedules. We are very satisfied with the overall results. Honesty, commitment and professionalism are Pool Lovers team main qualities.

These guys charged for items and did not complete them. They have a huge turnover we kept getting new guys and most of them we could not communicate with. They like other pool companies did good in the beginning but went downhill. I would definitely not recommend them.
