8/24After our previous encounter, I was contacted by one of the managers on Monday, who extremely apologetic and willing to make things right. She offered to have the service redone, but also understood if I didn’t want to. I thought it would only be right to let them have a shot at making it right (none of us are perfect) - and they did just that. Just from picking him up, I can already see a noticeable difference. The bather also gave me suggestions for tearing his shedding outside of the devices which was so much appreciated. So glad we found pet bar! We had seen this business while driving and decided to make an appointment. We were shocked to see they had same day availability. They took excellent care of our fur baby! Their prices are reasonable and they have many options for add ons or packages. Our pup came back looking great and had no issues. We will definitely be back!

Was able to make an appointment quickly and easily online. I was very impressed with how fantastic the bath:/cut was. My dog looked amazing. Added bonus was it was much less than the Frisco groomer I had used previously. Overall. Very happy and highly recommend. Kelly is fantastic!
