Dalton is the best!!!! He was so friendly and informative about some of our questions. Honestly, it was very refreshing as we seem to not get a remote of good customer service from other stores anymore. He spoke to us when we came in and was so kind to us as we were checking out.
We live further out in Princeton so this location is ways from us but we stopped in to see the selection while we were in the area to find some dog treats for our dachshunds. We brought them home and the devoured some of those treats (especially the sweet potato and salmon skin treats). We will defiantly be back because of him and the store selection.

Walked into this store today and I could not have had a better experience. Walking in trying to find something for my older cat to help her get up to places that are more difficult now. Kylie made sure to welcome me and help me find everything I was looking for and then some. Great knowledge and understanding that helped me more than any store ever has. This store definitely has a permanent customer with me.

Best experience in this store to date! Dalton was absolutely wonderful! He was the only person working but handled multiple requests and different patrons with professionalism, organization, and calmness given how busy the store was! He was also very friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful. 10 STARS!
