CiCi was absolutely amazing. She was punctual. I arrived early and she got started right away, an hour and a half later, I was walking out the doors with a huge smile on my face. Her assistant gives a wash and massage to die for, she gave me all types of life. I had a steam treatment next, which is always nice. Then to bring it home, they gave me an awesome conversation, started to get to know me and did an impeccable job on my hair. I am a very loyal person and I will be going to CiCi for as long as I have hair on my head. I am very pleased with my results and the experience. CiCi took her time to explain to me what my hair looked like and what cuticle damage actually looks like. She wasn't afraid to be vulnerable and show how her hair was to where it is today. She set realistic expectations on how long it will be before I reach my hair goal. I love her so much and she has an energy that can't be duplicated, she has an awesome spirit.
