We recently had the pleasure of hiring Medallion Pools for some much needed coping repair on our spa, and we couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the initial consultation with the owner Wayne to the final touches lead by their project manager Harley, their team displayed a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Wayne arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the issues, and provided a clear, detailed estimate before scheduling any work. They were transparent about costs and timelines, which we greatly appreciated. The quality of the repairs was exceptional. Our spa now looks as good as new.

Wayne, Harley and the Medallion Team have been a joy to work with on our pool project. All the promises that were made by Wayne before we hired Medallion were kept by him and his team throughout the entire project. Wayne was involved with our pool project from start to finish and his communication throughout the entire process was truly exceptional - something that is often lacking when dealing with contractors for any home related project. We hired Wayne and Medallion in 2012 to build our pool, so when we wanted to remodel the pool we didn't think twice about having Wayne do the job. The pool is absolutely perfect! I'm not sure how many owners show up to the job sight at every stage of the build or remodel but that is what you get with Wayne and Medallion. We highly recommend Wayne and Medallion to anyone looking to build or remodel their pool.
