Went to see Dr Bapna as this clinic is accepted by insurance and she was the only available doctor (I called 10 places). There was 100% a reason there are more negative reviews than good ones, while Dr Bapna was fine the staff and billing absolutely ruined the experience for me. Unprofessional, unorganized, not sure if the person I dealt with was new or just incompetent but she didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Regardless, what really got me was billing. I went in for a checkup, basic bloodwork and physical which should be free, yet they charged my insurance as if it was "diagnostic" when they should've coded as "preventative". Trust me when I say avoid this place, genuinely don't care to leave reviews bc it won't affect the doctors but for your own mental sanity drive the extra 10 minutes for better service and quality!!!
I've given this establishment multiple chances and I just can't do it anymore. Save yourself the headache and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Reasons I'll never return: 1. The "nurse" drawing my blood literally dropped a vial and had to draw blood again. 2. Called me and told me I'm anemic so I make an appointment but then I'm told I'm not anemic? Upon my insistence they check again and turns out I'm severely anemic. 3. Lost my labs and still billed my insurance (pretty sure this is insurance fraud; I took time off work to be at my appointment and paid a copay, so this was a waste of time and and money) 4. Found out I need to see an OBGYN right away because of complications and got a referral. I called back a week later and the referral was never even sent to the doctor. 5. Staff is incredibly unprofessional, rude and incompetent. 6. I can only get through to the front desk if I use the new patient line and have them transfer me over. 7. No one from management ever calls back or has addressed any of my concerns. I was never refunded for the lost labs or even apologized to.
Been coming here since 2018 and loved these folks until.... they merged or whatever they did. Now can't make an appointment online, can't get through to anyone on the phone. We can no longer recommend them. The doctor and the people in the office were great so this is very sad to see. Also the hours aren't as accommodating.
