Really loved the location! Everything felt very luxurious for even just the regular deep tissue massage I booked (which was a pretty average price, I expected it to be more expensive!!) Loved the waiting area with tea and cozy couches, and the complimentary haircare items in the locker room were a nice touch. Unfortunately my massage therapist was a little inattentive, and actually missed the included add-ons for my service.. when I asked her about it at the end, I sort of just got brushed off. I have been a member for a decade. I have visited the other locations. This is the best of the Hiatus locations in DFW area. It is worth the drive and money. I don't enjoy all the conversations going on at the average nail salons. I prefer the quiet, serene, genuinely Spa atmosphere at Hiatus.

I normally don't take the time to write a review but my experience and service was amazing and deserves 5 stars. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. I received a hydrafacial from Sydnee and it was absolutely incredible. She has a friendly personality, took time to explain what the service entailed since it was my first time getting one and even recommended some personal skincare products that I could use at home. My face was glowing afterwards and it felt so hydrated and soft. I saw immediate results and I can't wait to schedule another one. Don't wait.....book one with her now!!

Our Frisco location at The Star is designed by Dallas-based, designer Tracy Martin Taylor of eleven 11 DESIGN and Mark and Maurie Gray, of M-Gray Architecture and features original artwork by Texas artist, Jan Heaton. Guests will enjoy 15 treatment rooms including a couple's suite and hydrotherapy suite with Vichy shower, a nail therapy lounge with four zero-gravity chairs, an inviting relaxation area, and separate men's and women's dressing rooms. We are so excited to bring Hiatus and our easily accessible spa lifestyle to Frisco. The Star is a vibrant community with complementary co-tenants and we're thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with each of them.
