Greater Therapy Centers - Frisco, TX

I had a very good experience at Greater Therapy Centers-Frisco. Scheduling and adjusting my PT times was easy. Office staff was very friendly. My PT Bright was awesome. He is very knowledgeable about my recovery. He took the time to get to know me and really cared about my recovery. Simone was the assistant helping me with the exercises. She was always very friendly and helpful showing me the correct way to do the exercises. The team there all get along really well and make it a fun environment. I would definitely recommend this location!

I have been going to therapy since January, first for my shoulder and now my knees. With the help of the physical therapists and their assistants I have been able to make great strides. My shoulder is much better and my knees are coming along. I have worked with Niki, Rachel and Symone for the most part. Their personalities and knowledge have made this a pleasant experience when they aren't trying to kill me :). I'm very glad I found this location and very happy with the care and treatment I have received here. All of the staff are kind and helpful in my experience.

Niki and Johannes were amazing and so helpful during my PT sessions. I actually looked forward to going to every appointment because of them. The facility was always spotless and had equipment for every type of exercise, always cleaned and set up ready for me to use. Niki was extremely knowledgeable and I felt like she genuinely cared about my wellbeing. My experience was easily a 10/10 thanks to the team and all their hard work.
