I don't understand why there is such a difference between locations in quality of haircut. Little Elm Towne Crossing: Always 4- or 5-star experience, but they are extremely backed up at times (I've seen up to 70+ minute wait before), so I go to another location. Westside Market & Teel Village locations: I would give both of these a 2- or 3-star rating. Just not the same quality hair cut as the Little Elm Towne Crossing location.

Just got my hair cut! Nothing you can complain about this place ..neat operation..friendly staff and quick in and out..forgot the name of person who cut my hair.She moved from Cali ..she was very friendly and respectful5 stars all the way!!
