Dr. Krumnow is the best. She is very kind and loving with dogs, always attentive to their progress and problems, and she is an excellent veterinarian. Definitely an excellent veterinarian and human being.

I always have a good experience at FWAMC even if the reason for the visit isn’t great. Most recently, my 1 year old Lab had an emergency that just happened to be on the day of his annual visit. Dr. Burgin and his staff took great care of him when these extra steps were unplanned. Dr. Burgin always takes his time to explain things in a way an owner can understand and make informed decisions, without pressure. When he took care of my older dog who began to have a few health problems, he was honest and kind. He took a conservative approach, while also being transparent about the diseases and treatment.
