Frisco Eye Clinic at Stonebriar Centre

Horrid experience, and extremely non communicative. Left me in the dark for over an hour. I came here early for my appointment. And asked if I can go in earlier. They said yes. Then had me wait, I then waited 15 mins past my appointment and they asked me to wait longer. They are unorganized and took in 5 other patients before myself. Mind you they took in my wife early. And when I was sitting for 15 mins they said I should be dilating. But nothing. No communication, if you are short staffed, let us know. HORRIBLE service. Disrespectful and inconsiderate front management. Would not recommend going to this eye care center. Withheld my contact prescription from me for 2 months. Wouldn't even send it over when I needed to order my contacts. Very unprofessional. Not happy with the service I received. However, the actual doctors you work with are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Efficient, get you in and out quickly. They just need new front office management.

Every year we go to Frisco Eye Clinic and get the best exam and care. Sometimes we buy glasses, sometimes we don't. They are always patient and answer questions. Safe, quick, and easy.
