Henry Truong has gone above and beyond to help me with making sure I was well informed and less anxious about my warranty coverage purchase! I went in feeling uneasy, but was reassured by his knowledge and expertise. Thank you for all of your help during this process!
I purchased a vehicle back on January 30 and they were to have ordered a second key for me and charged close to $500. The key was to be delivered to me. After what is now close to or over 3 months and two in person visits and multiple phone calls I still do not have the key or what I have now asked for which is my money back! The buying and closing process went very smooth and I appreciate that. The follow up on the key frankly has been extremely disappointing. Get what is promised before you sign on the dotted line is my advice to any potential buyer at this dealership. 4/27/2024 Received refund of the amount paid. These guys were the best! Came in for the service department since some drunk guy broke into my car thinking it was his and basically ripped my door handle off trying to get in. Luckily, I had all the pieces. Although the guys were confused on how tf he managed to do that, they took it to get looked out. Less than 30 mins later she was all fixed! Shout out to Luke for helping me get to where I needed to be!
