I get my annual physicals yearly done here and always have the worst experience starting with the check-in and with the doctor. Feels like i am stuck with this facility and doctor. No set process, always delayed. Reasoning they provide is "NEW SYSTEM " and they dont sync up the patients appointments which sucks with the wait time.
Again, I have to write a negative review of this location due to messing up with appointments. First, my appointment that was taken 6 months ago was cancelled and I had to call to get pushed back by 2 weeks. I did accept that to stay with "my doctor". Then my new appointment was cancelled like one hour before the appointment, and I had to call to get another the same day with another doctor after it was explained to me a certain situation that I did accept. Arrived at the location some 10 minutes earlier, the receptionist didn't know about appointments, spoke to a young lady walking around with a laptop and she was really bad finding names. At the end, she found mine and said let me check and went away. 5 minutes later, I received a cancellation and that I would be able to meet with a NP 30 minutes later. This is really ridiculous - this young lady whether she's a PA or admin, is not adding any value - on the contrary, she's damaging the credibility of this institution. The nurse I'm used to see regularly before I see my doctor came to meet me and she arranged a new appointment with another doctor for another day. So let's see how this is going to work.
Dr Noyse is a nice guy, but not on top of his business. They don't reply to emails or messages, they seem to be overbooking people, don't have your lab work on time for the appointment and don't bother to reschedule, and then they tell you 'well, you aren't our only patient'. How rude, are they taking us for granted?
