My daughter recently went to the Little Elm location for led teeth whitening. She did a great job. Quick and easy! She did have to reschedule her a few times because she ended up getting pneumonia. Obviously it was a little disappointing, but she appreciated the fact she decided to stay home and not risk getting anyone else sick. It can be upsetting when you make an appointment and it needs to be rescheduled, but I think we need to realize that no one is a robot. Upcharges, reschedules, overschedules and rushes through service. You are not allocated the amount of time you pay for plus tells you that you have to pay for additional services.I’ve done microblading before elsewhere and it was a much more professional experience. Also tells you to go wash off your makeup but all she has available is hand soap and toilet paper. And nothing to clean up your face afterwards, left me looking like a raccoon. Hopefully once my brows heal they’ll look ok, she certainly didn’t take the time to match them and shape well.

Wish I read the other negative reviews before I bought my Groupon for micro blading for her! The only really pleasant experience was her mid-20’s daughter helping out and being super nice to me including complimenting me. But I experienced a lot of the same negative things as other reviewers - up charge of $150 because of “color correction” (whatever that meant because when I asked if it’s lighter or darker she acted like it was a dumb question and wouldn’t answer me), kept rescheduling my appointment, and kept pushing for additional services like teeth whitening (which I got since it was only $30 more), permanent eyeliner, and eyelashes.
